After a brief consult call and online intake, we’ll work together over 90 minutes to explore an issue, pattern, event or relationship.
Conducted via Zoom, this session will be followed up within 24 hours with a detailed recap.

A three-session arc is ideal for unpacking a long-standing issue.
Like the beginning, middle and end of a story, we unpack, move through and complete a cycle that builds session over session.
Optional voice memos and texts help us keep the thread going between sessions.

Most practices are over when they are over. With Sovereign States, you’ll receive detailed notes about any anchors, messages or useful tools to bring into your everyday.

To get the most out of each session:
Find a quiet place where you will not be interrupted
Test your microphone and speakers before logging on
You may lie down or sit up, but please position your phone or laptop so I can see your face and hands, and hear you.
You may want a blanket, water, and a pen and paper nearby. 1:1 sessions include a recap but you may want to journal or capture the experience in your own way. I’ll only know what I see, feel and what you share
Relax and have fun. These are experiences are meant to be safe, transcendent and enjoyable.
If at any time you want to stop, just say so. You can open your eyes, get up or do what you need. This is your experience.
